In order to collect information in this study, a standard questionnaire (Jang & Yoon, 2011), which consists of 27 terms and contains three variables of non-verbal communication, emotional responses and satisfaction. In order to confirm the content validity, the questionnaire was given to 5 professors which no opposite opinion was received, Cronbach's alpha test was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. The reliability of non-verbal communication and emotional response and satisfaction questionnaire was .930 and .924 and .946 respondently. Finally, the data was analyzed in two parts: descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, and frequency of data) and inferential statistics (KS test, correlation, regression testing, and one-sample t test) that was performed using SPSS 24 software.

Also, non-verbal communication components had the ability to predict 46% of the positive emotional response variable and 16% of the negative emotional response variable. On the other hand, 67% of satisfaction changes are related to positive emotional responses and 33% of satisfaction changes related to negative emotional responses.
