Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, the flexibility of working hours on employee loyalty with the mediating role of organizational commitment (Khorasan Shomali province sport departments staff members and managers).
Methodology: This research is a descriptive-survey method in terms of the purpose of the research. The statistical population of this research is the staff members and managers (Khorasan Shomali province sport departments staff members and managers) with 260 people. 155 individuals were selected according to Morgan's table (1972) as sample size by stratified random sampling and research questionnaires They were distributed among them. Data gathering tools were used to measure organizational culture from Denison's organizational culture questionnaire (2000). To measure the flexibility of working hours, we used the standard questionnaire of Seidenoughi et al. (2012) to assess the organizational commitment of Allen & Meyer (1990) and to measure Staff loyalty is a question of staff loyalty (Hosseini, 2007). Validity of variables was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for organizational culture variables, flexibility, loyalty and commitment of employees (0.931, 0.937, 0.907, and 0.841, respectively). The contents of the questionnaire were approved by the professors. For statistical analysis, Factor analysis was used by SPSS software version 19 and structural modeling method using LISREL software version 8.
Results: The results showed that with the strengthening of organizational culture and flexibility among employees of the organization of cooperation, the loyalty of employees to the organization has increased, which should not forget the role of organizational commitment.
Discussion: It is recommended that in order to Increase employees' loyalty to the organization to attention manager sports to categories of organizational culture and flexibility of working hours
