A Survey of Organizational Excellence in the Office of Physical Education and Education in Tehran Province (Based on the EFQM model)

Abstract
Introduction: Quality is one of the concepts of management science that is considered in the evaluation of organizations and managers, and what can be considered as the best indicator for highlighting the level of attention and focus on the demands of customers. Quality is a significant increase in sports in Iran, especially from the point of view The number of instructors, players, and a variety of sports disciplines indicates the attention of authorities and people to the promotion and expansion of sport, as far as ever-increasing demands for sport are concerned.
Methodology: The method of this research is a descriptive study done fieldwork. The instrument for collecting information in this study was a standard organizational excellence questionnaire, which included fifty questions of organizational excellence (EFQM).
Advantages of Organizational Excellence Model (EFQM):
1. Identify and review the activities of the organization and how they are implemented in order to extract and identify the strengths, areas that need improvement, and organizational improvement programs.
 2- Establishing organizational learning by examining the results of the organization's performance and identifying and implementing improvement projects.
 3- Provide and provide information necessary to identify and identify goals and programs for improving and promoting the organization and prioritizing them.
 4. Creating incentives for managers and staff to move towards improvement and excellence in performance.
 5- Increasing confidence in the continuity of organizational improvement with respect to the self-assessment process and its periodic implementation.
6- Creating the possibility of exchanging in-house experiences with the use of optimization tools.
Results: The results of the research showed that 22% of the Department of Physical Education of Man Education, 12% of the Department of Physical Education of Women Education and 47% of the Department of Physical Education, and 19% of the Department of Women's Physical Education were women.
Discussion: The first hypothesis indicates that there is a significant difference between the viewpoint of employees and managers regarding the level of organizational excellence in the physical education department. In conclusion, this paper has been compared with nine different hypotheses
