Investigating the role of health care education and the quality of service provision on citizens' satisfaction and returning to aquatic-recreational activities in the Dargaz city pools

Abstract
Introduction: Today, it is necessary for sports businesses, including facilities and swimming pools that offer diverse services in terms of entertainment, health and education to citizens, to adopt good strategies to attract and retain their customers, which is likely relate to their return to the organization and increase its financial performance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of health care education and the quality of service provision on citizens' satisfaction and returning to aquatic-recreational activities in the Dargaz city pools.
Methodology: The present study was a descriptive-correlational survey. The statistical population was consisted all indoor swimming pool clients in Dargaz city, according to an inquiry from pools in the city of Dargaz, about 500 people use pool sports facilities daily. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 217 people, which is divided into two pools based on equivalence. The data gathering tool was included four questionnaires: Chen Leo's Sport Facilities' Quality of Service Questionnaire (2008), Chen Leo's Satisfaction Questionnaire (2008), Chen Leo Loyalty Questionnaire (2008) as well as a researcher-made health care questionnaire. For analysis, SPSS and AMOS software was used with version 22.
Results: The results of t-test showed that the status of health care variables, the quality of service delivery, satisfaction, and customer return (loyalty) are acceptable. Pearson correlation test showed that there is a meaningful relationship between health care and its components and the quality of citizen services, citizens 'satisfaction and citizens' return (loyalty) in recreational activities. The results of regression test also showed that health care can predict the quality of citizens' services, citizens' satisfaction and citizens' return (loyalty) in recreational activities. Also, the results of the structural equation model of the relationship between health care education and the quality of service delivery on the satisfaction and return of citizens in recreational activities in the pools of Dargaz have a good fit.
Discussion: In general, it is recommended that the owners and managers of pools in Dargaz city use the components discussed in this study in order to satisfy the customers and their willingness to re-enter these pools in order to increase the profit of managed pools and make them long lasting.
