The relationship between time management and quality of work life with organizational effectiveness in sport and youth Offices of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province

Abstract
Introduction: To measure productivity and evaluate the performance of organizations, there are criteria whose one of the most important ones is effective. One of the effective factors in achieving success is the correct use of time or time of work and production. It is called time management, among other factors effective in improving the efficiency of organizations is the quality of working life. The importance of quality of work life is that human resources are the most rare capital of any organization. Accordingly, each organization depends on the efforts of the human resources of that organization. Therefore, the aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between time management and quality of working life With efficacy in the sports and youth departments of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province.
Methodology: This study was a survey. The statistical population of the study included all employees of sports and youth departments of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province (N = 165), which was used as the research sample due to the population constraints of the whole population. After completing the time management questionnaires, the quality of work life and organizational effectiveness, 152 questionnaires were used. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and multiple regression) were used to analyze the data.
Results: The results of Pearson correlation test showed that there is a significant relationship between time management and organizational effectiveness (r=0.38, p<0.01), which is conform with the findings of the research of Araghiyeh (2011). There was a positive and significant relationship between quality of work life and organizational effectiveness (r=0.55, p<0.01). Which is conform with the research findings of Sharma (2011) and Mohammadi (2007). Also, the results of the regression test showed that only one aspect of time management (long-term planning) is 39% eligible for prediction of organizational effectiveness and two dimensions of quality of work life (development of human capabilities And social integration and cohesion) account for 23% and 22% respectively of organizational effectiveness changes explaining.
Discussion: Considering the positive relationship between the dimensions of time management and the quality of working life with organizational effectiveness. the officials of the sports and youth departments of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province should create conditions in the organization that have a satisfactory quality of work life of staff, and if these employees An acceptable level of time management in their own affairs and organization can play an important role in the effectiveness of their organization.
