Athletes' perception of independent coach support, self-motivation of friends and inner motivation in the exercise environment

Abstract
Introduction: The current study assess the time stability and the relationship between three key variables related to motivation with commitment to its theory, determinism and theory of achievement are examined. These three variables are: Independent support from the teacher, activities that include the twelve motivational conditions of friends and the athlete's inner motivation. The aim of this study was to provide temporary relief of the understanding of the workplace and the understanding of the independent support of the coach and the impact of this Structures on the internal measurement of athletic talents during the quarter.
Methodology: Young athletes (32 people aged 12 to 15 years) completed the scales of the sports questionnaire and the motivational conditions related to friends in the youth sports questionnaire. Three months later, participants re-filled the questionnaire with a sports incentive scale.
Results: Structural equation modeling showed that perceived independent support from the trainer and activities that include motivational conditions of peers showed relatively higher stability over the course of the three months. In interactive analysis, independent perceived support from the trainer Three months later, she predicted positively activities that included friends, but the picture was not true. In addition, both social factors had a direct and significant impact on the intrinsic motivation of athletes who were simultaneously measured in the athletic environment. In addition, another structural model supported the independent influence of long-term autonomy support from the coach. Also, the activities that triggered the actions of the same people had a significant effect on the internal motivation.
Discussion: The results of the application and the value of the supportive support perceived by the trainer and the activities that are motivating friends of the friends showed the prediction of the inner motivation of the athlete during the three months of training. The findings also showed that perceived independent support from the trainer could facilitate activities that include the motivation of friends.
