The relationship among knowledge management and organizational innovative climate in Olympic Academy employees of I.R.IRAN

Abstract
Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management with innovative organizational climate among employees and experts of the National Olympic Academy. Housed an important source of information in any organization and makes it more efficient and effective performance of individuals and organizations to be more vigilant. Khlifa and liu (2003), in their study aims to identify the key factors in the success of knowledge management programs concluded the process of knowledge management and organizational factors have the greatest influence on the success of the programs. Organizational climate perception employees of its support for innovation is said innovation (Schnider 1990)
Methodology: Research method was Descriptive-correlation. The population of this study was employees who working in Olympic academy of Iran. This study surveyed 97 respondents. The sampling frame of the respondents was obtained from Olympic academy of Iran. But finally, 73 questionnaires was return and used for statistics analyzing by spss 18.0 software. The validity and reliability of questionnaires in the target population examined and approved. Alpha cronbach for knowledge management (α=0.934) and for organizational innovative climate (α=0.900) were calculated. For analyzing the data, Pearson and linear and enter Regression method was used.
Results: Results showed, there is significant positive correlation between knowledge management dimensions (acquisition of knowledge, knowledge share, application of knowledge, knowledge saving) (p<0.01) with organizational innovative climate. Also, Regression analysis, Revealed knowledge management can predict innovative climate positively and significantly and capable to predict 31 percent of organizational innovative climate variance. In addition, acquisition of knowledge is the most important factor that affect organizational innovative performance (β=0.408).
Discussion: According to this research results, Organization’s managers can increase organizational innovative climate with improving use of knowledge management On the Other hand due to the dynamic and diverse environment that sports organizations and sports federations are faced with, The necessity of creating an atmosphere of creativity and innovation to enhance the ability of staff and therefore seems necessary to use it in improvements.
