Abstract
Introduction: Sports provinces of the provinces can play a very important and vital role in the sports of the country due to their direct relationship with the sports community, so that by investing and paying attention to the managerial issues, the quality of sport can be found in many ways. Management problems have increased. The present research is aimed at the pathology of the management of sports departments in South Khorasan province
Methodology: This study is based on the qualitative methodology based on the grounded paradigm. First, the causal, ground and interventional conditions were identified and then, based on the views of the interviewees, the final paradigm is drawn up. In this research, the sample group, based on the nature of the research, was the number of ten runners and nabbards of the sports departments who were interviewed. After the coding process, the findings are presented as follows.
Results: Based on the analysis of the opinions of the interviewees in the underlying conditions, the changes in lifestyle, emphasis on outcome, amorous sport, deprivation of the province, inflation, communication. In intervening circumstances, such issues as financial support challenges, research challenges, economic challenges, hardware and software challenges, inter-organizational challenges, interventional forces, strategic planning challenges. Finally, in the underlying conditions, desirable structure, talent, independence of the boards and human resources were identified as the most important categories.
Discussion: Further strategies such as privatization, the expansion of specialized schools, the elitism of the expansion of media communication and volunteering are proposed. Finally, the identified consequences of the strategies include: development of talent system, strengthening of supportive structures, customer relationship management, development of sports infrastructure, development of financial support, promotion of women's sports and the development of a voluntary movement.
