Investigate the satisfaction of customers in Bodybuilding Clubs of Golestan Province

Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of customers in Bodybuilding Clubs of Golestan Province.
Methodology: The statistical population of the research was the customers of Golestan province bodybuilding clubs who had at least six months of sports activities. The statistical sample was randomly selected. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the coaches of gymnasts clubs, managers and sports management specialists in Golestan province and reliability of the questionnaire was reported using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.87. In order to analyze the information in the descriptive section, the frequency, mean and standard deviation were used and in the inferential part one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and test (t) were used.
Results: The results showed that the highest satisfaction level of customers in social satisfaction with an average of 87.55 and the lowest satisfaction of customers in terms of tuition and costs satisfaction with an average of 68/100. There is a significant difference between the components of satisfaction in gyms in Golestan province. There is also a significant difference between male and female customer satisfaction. There is also a significant difference between male and female customer satisfaction.
Discussion: Regarding the results, it is essential that gymnastic clubs in Golestan province, in order to maintain their survival and to develop the satisfaction of gymnastic club customers, to evaluate periodically or continuously the satisfaction of their customers to weakness Identify the strengths and strengths of the gyms in the Golestan province and make the necessary decisions to resolve the weaknesses and develop strengths. In this way, gyms provide the necessary facilities to develop the level of customer satisfaction.
