Analysis of the relationship between decision style and moral development of managers and experts in the field of physical education Hormozgan Province

Abstract
Introduction: Most essential tasks that managers make decision regarding to the progress and effects of globalization, complexity, and its importance is increasing day to day. So with the understanding that why managers are taken different decisions in the same circumstances, Can assist organizations in achieving success and progress made. One of the most important and effective factors on the decisions of managers is their decision-making style. But on issues involving ethical issues decision review is not enough, and knowledge of how moral reasoning of managers and professionals is essential. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between decision style and moral development of managers and experts in the field of physical education Hormozgan Province.
Methodology: The purpose of this research is applied and the nature and method of data collection, is descriptive – correlation. The population of the study, are formed two physical education Hormozgan Province in 1391 and the sample number is 103, all numbers are to be selected. In this study, two standard decision-style questionnaires is used and moen test for data gathering and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation test, regression test, T-test) for data analysis and hypothesis testing is used.
Results: The findings showed that there is a direct relationship between the perception and analysis of decision-making styles and levels of moral development, and there is an inverse relationship between order decision styles and level of moral development, and moral development.
Discussion: According to the results of the research, it can be said that managers can use appropriate decision making styles and direct the organization to ethical principles in order to develop ethics in organizations.
