Abstract
Introduction: Today, organizations operate in an unpredictable environment. These events force executives to create a model for their organizations and create new principles for managing these environments. In order to meet the changing needs of customers, organizations need to provide flexible and flexible ways of meeting new standards and standards. Such programs help people to better manage their responsibilities and also increase the attractiveness of the organization in terms of job applicants and increase the loyalty of the current staff of the organization and ultimately increase the performance of the organization. Therefore, this research was conducted with the goal of the role of human resource flexibility on organizational attractiveness and organizational performance.
Methodology: The research method is descriptive-survey and in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population consisted of all experts of sport and youth departments of the west of the country which were selected by random sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Human Resources Flexibility Questionnaire (2005) has functional flexibility, flexibility and behavioral flexibility. Jia's Organizational Charm Questionnaire (2013) includes dimensions of work environment education, compensation services, participation in decision making and work communication. Ahmadi's organizational performance questionnaire (2013) has four components of innovation, customer satisfaction, service quality and productivity. Questionnaire questions are arranged in a 5-point Likert scale. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were approved. Structural equation and path analysis using LISREL software were used to analyze the data.
Results: Findings of the research showed that the flexibility of human resources positively and significantly affects organizational attractiveness and organizational performance. This means that when it comes to human resource management, the actions we take to accommodate the programs can be attractive to the organization and increase the organizational performance of the staff.
Discussion: Therefore, functional flexibility, skill flexibility and behavioral flexibility as a component of human resource flexibility should be considered in order to provide the necessary grounds for increasing the attractiveness and organizational performance.
