Entrepreneurship Development Policy in Iranian Sport Tourism : Analysis of a Proposed Model

Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of this study was to determine the entrepreneurial development policy in Iranian sport tourism and analyze a proposed model.
Methodology: This research is qualitative research in the form of secondary studies and the review using theoretical principles, theories and findings in the field of Sports entrepreneurship, sports tourism and ecotourism is done.
Results: The first step in implementing entrepreneurial development policies is the recognition of the entrepreneurship ecosystem at various national and provincial levels, which has become a public tool in the study of entrepreneurship at high speeds. Ecosystems are a collection of centralized cultural perspectives, social networks, financial support, universities, and active economic policies that create supportive environments for a venture-based innovation business. Entrepreneurship ecosystem strategy is a new and cost-effective strategy for entrepreneurship development and ultimately economic progress. Because of its more renowned Eisenberg model, this model has been chosen as the base model, which includes politics, financing, culture, support, human capital and markets.
Discussion: So far, several studies have been carried out on sport entrepreneurship, sport tourism and ecotourism in the country, but there are few studies on this subject due to the new nature of the subject of the sport tourism entrepreneurship ecosystem. Most research on entrepreneurship and tourism is more knowledgeable and case-driven, and the theoretical conceptual framework research is very small. Iran needs to adopt a regional approach to the development of its own national ecosystem of entrepreneurship, and the elaboration of basic strategies and long-term policies and targeted intergovernmental interventions to capitalize on potential capacities in the country can improve Iran's entrepreneurship ecosystem. Field studies show that this issue in Iran has not had a satisfactory speed and hence the development of a conceptual model of the ecosystem of entrepreneurship in sport tourism in Iran can increase the speed of the exchange of new ideas in this area. Hence, the localization and development of the ecosystem model for sport tourism entrepreneurship can be an important tool for policy makers in this area.
