Abstract
Introduction: Today, developmental disorders have become one of the most important concerns of families, teachers and practitioners in the country. Regarding the improvement of the problems associated with these disorders, various interventions have been designed and implemented in various sciences. Specialists of motor development have also done their mission in this regard. The purpose of this study was to examine the model of these interventions and provide a dynamic Systems model based on the more effectiveness of interventions.
Methodology: This research was descriptive and library-based. In order to evaluate the progression of motor development interventions from published article and books in valid publications from 2008 to 2017. The research design, methodology, tools and intervention protocols were reviewed.
Results: The results of the study showed that motor developmental interventions for children with developmental disorders include a large part of the research carried out. Interventions to improve the basic skills of children with typical development include a very small proportion of the research. What is evident in the way research is conducted is the variety of interventions and, in some cases, the implementation of protocols that are stereotyped and general. The goal of the research is less attention paid to the implementation of interventions to the constraints and needs of the community. The error model is a common model used in this research.
Discussion: Based on the findings of this conceptual study, it can be concluded that although the interventions are usually reported to be effective, the applicability and effectiveness level are largely overshadowed by the error model. The missing link in the design of interventions is a dynamic systems approach to the interaction of constraints, which should be discussed and discussed, and the modalities for implementing the interventions based on this model should be designed and implemented.
