Modeling the Effect of Professional Ethics of Employees on Organizational Virtue with regard to the Role of Mediation in Organizational Health (Studied case: Sports and Youth Departments of Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari Province)

Abstract
Introduction: Since one of the tasks of the sports and youth departments is to serve different people in society and also to create a suitable hospitalization for performing sports activities by different classes in order to provide their physical and mental health, this task requires a healthy organization and also human resources with high professional ethics. The purpose of this study was to model the effect of professional ethics on organizational virtue with respect to the role of organizational health mediation among the staff of sport and youth departments in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province.
Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and it was field-based and of correlation type in terms of collecting information.The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees of sport and youth departments of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province (161 people).The statistical sample is selected as the total number and is equal to the statistical population. 94% of questionnaires (152 questionnaires) were returned after distributing the questionnaires.The research instrument was consisted questionnaires of organizational health Hui et al. (1996), professional ethics of Kirsten et al. (2011) and the organizational virtue of Cameron et al. (2004).The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the opinion of 12 sports management professors and reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. Also convergent validity was confirmed using the AVE factor and divergent validity was confirmed using the Fornell and Larker (1986) method. To analyze the data were used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in the form of structural equation modeling using Smart PLS2 and SPSS19 softwares.
Results: The results of the research showed that the proposed model of research is fit for fitting according to the measurement criteria.There is a direct and significant relationship between professional ethics and organizational virtue and approximately 37% of this connection is explained through the organizational health mediator variable.
Discussion: It seems that taking steps towards enhancing organizational excellence in sports organizations is one of the ways that helps these organizations.In addition to benefiting from the benefits of organizational excellence, they can provide a healthy environment and achieve significant achievements in this regard. Since the organizational health and professional ethics have an impact on organizational virtue, Should be taken into consideration by managers of sports and youth departments.
