Abstract
Introduction: Perceived Organizational support from employees, emanates from policies that encourages health, freshness, Sense of achievement, Sense of positive participation and reaching to organization goals.So employees with the sense of organizational support, have more commitment to organization and treat beyond their responsibilities and duties in line of goals. So, present research designed to analysis of effect of Perceived organizational support on professional- moral courage of staff of Sports and Youth Departments and sports board of Golestan Province with the meditative role of organizational virtue.
Methodology: The method of research is Descriptive/Correlational. According to krejcie and et al table, with simple random sample, 116 Staff of Sports and Youth Departments and sports board of Golestan Province, answers to questions of research. For collecting Data used from scales of Perceived Organizational support (POS) three factor, professional- moral courage (PMC) five factor and organizational virtue (VO) five factor. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling with variance based approach, LISREL software was used.
Results: The results of the research indicate that there is Meaningful connection between Organizational support with organizational virtue and professional- moral courage and their Component.Organizational virtue has a meditative role in connection with Perceived Organizational support with professional moral courage.
Discussion: According to Desirable level of Average of professional- moral courage among employees, if organization could support its employees in high level, Due to the role of Components of Organizational virtue as a mediation, can increase their Organizational efficiency and development. So emphasis on these issues is very important and vital.
